The first one is <a href="http://magnoliadownunderchallenges.blogspot.com/">Magnolia Down Under </a>and I won the top five again last week. Just had to share that with everyone. Their challenge is the sketch that I used. The other will be for <a href="http://justmagnolia.blogspot.com/">Just Magnolia </a>who's challenge this week is to make an Easel Card. After I finished the card I then tried my hand at making an envelope box. I will have to make more of them since it was pretty easy. I had this all finished and setting out on the table ready to take photos of it when my daughter who is home from college this week walked by and put dibs (as she called it) on this card to give to her friend who will be getting married this summer. <a onblur="try {parent.deselectBloggerImageGracefully();} catch(e) {}" href="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/_DEJXfP-hJaE/S6onYgT541I/AAAAAAAAAOM/76Z4xMpY7L4/s1600/Weddingeasel.jpg"><img style="TEXT-ALIGN: center; MARGIN: 0px auto 10px; WIDTH: 320px; DISPLAY: block; HEIGHT: 240px; CURSOR: hand" id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5452213600829170514" border="0" alt="" src="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/_DEJXfP-hJaE/S6onYgT541I/AAAAAAAAAOM/76Z4xMpY7L4/s320/Weddingeasel.jpg" /></a> Now for the card. My DP is by Basic Grey's Green at Heart line. The solid papers including the envelope is by Bazzill. I, as usual, distressed all edges and inked them with Ranger's Tea Dye distress ink. My image is one from the newest Fairytale Collection. I also added some mesh behind the center to add a little something different. All my bling is from a pack I bought at a stamping show I went to this past weekend by Crafty Secrets Vintage Bling. I used my Labels Five nestie for all images and sentiment. I also used the MS lace border punch on the front and back of the envelope. Here is a closeup of my cuties which I colored with my Copics.<br /><br /> <span style="color:#cc33cc;"> I'm off on Sunday to get Copic Certified.<br /></span><a onblur="try {parent.deselectBloggerImageGracefully();} catch(e) {}" href="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/_DEJXfP-hJaE/S6onmBF3ZPI/AAAAAAAAAOU/G8oPE19AIi8/s1600/Weddingeasel1.jpg"><img style="TEXT-ALIGN: center; MARGIN: 0px auto 10px; WIDTH: 320px; DISPLAY: block; HEIGHT: 320px; CURSOR: hand" id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5452213832966956274" border="0" alt="" src="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/_DEJXfP-hJaE/S6onmBF3ZPI/AAAAAAAAAOU/G8oPE19AIi8/s320/Weddingeasel1.jpg" /></a> Here is my Copics:<br />Skin: E000, E00, E11 & R20 on cheeks.<br />Dress: C0, C1<br />Suit: E40, E41, E42, E43, E44<br />Flowers/tie: V06, V09, V12<br />Grass: YG63, YG67, G20<br />Brides Hair: YR23, E35, Y23<br />Grooms Hair: E39, E99, E18, YR23<br />Shading: B000 & Colorless Blender<br /><br />Thank you so much for stopping by.<br /><br />KellieKelliehttp://www.blogger.com/profile/16887468922506851915noreply@blogger.com30tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7020902894917150702.post-41227740099460690712010-03-16T14:12:00.000-07:002010-03-16T14:59:11.142-07:00Happy Birthday Just MagnoliaWell, to start off I just have to mention that I won last week over at Magnolia Down Under. That was a surprise and I LOVED IT! (he, he). And for this week there challenge is Birthday because this happens to be Magnolia Down Under's 1st Birthday and to celebrate they are having a Blog Hop. You should hop on over and check it out. <a href="http://magnoliadownunderchallenges.blogspot.com/">HERE.</a><div><br /></div><div><span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-family: Times; font-size: medium; "><img src="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/_PjGhHnF9ZbI/S5toKA4yEzI/AAAAAAAABKI/pErzdq2xZwQ/s1600/challengeblogheader11.GIF" alt="[challengeblogheader11.GIF]" border="0" /></span></div><div><a href="http://magnoliadownunderchallenges.blogspot.com/"></a><br /><div><div><span class="Apple-style-span" style=" white-space: pre-wrap;font-size:11px;"><span class="Apple-style-span" style=" white-space: normal; font-family:Times;font-size:medium;"> <a href="http://magnoliadownunderchallenges.blogspot.com/"><span class=" id="></span></a></span></span></div><div><span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-family: Times, serif; ">Here is my entry for the challenge and I am also going to enter it in the <a href="http://magnolia-licioushighlites.blogspot.com/">Magnolia-licious</a> Sketch Challenge.</span></div><div><a onblur="try {parent.deselectBloggerImageGracefully();} catch(e) {}" href="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/_DEJXfP-hJaE/S5_03Bv4dkI/AAAAAAAAAN8/Hyc-gkc1Yyw/s1600-%20h/Bdayflwergirl.jpg"><img style="display:block; margin:0px auto 10px; text-align:center;cursor:pointer; cursor:hand;width: 320px; height: 320px;" src="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/_DEJXfP-hJaE/S5_03Bv4dkI/AAAAAAAAAN8/Hyc-gkc1Yyw/s320/Bdayflwergirl.jpg" border="0" alt="" id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5449343300340840002" /></a>For the card I have used printed papers from Fancy Pant's Road Show Set and cardstock by Bazzill. I have distressed and inked all my edges with Ranger Distress Ink. I then used the chisel tip end of my Copic marker and made the dashes around all the layers. I added some lace from my stash and brads in all the corner by SU. The larger flower in the middle is from Magnolia and the smaller ones are Prima. I added some half pearls to the centers which are also from SU. I added some leaves and greenery underneath the flowers. I colored my cute little Flower Girl by Magnolia with Copics and added the Happy Birthday which is stamped inside of a oval cut with my nestie. Here is a closer look and a list of my colors. <div><br /><a onblur="try {parent.deselectBloggerImageGracefully();} catch(e) {}" href="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/_DEJXfP-hJaE/S5_4ldmjnLI/AAAAAAAAAOE/M3qgAIKPdL0/s1600-h/Bdayflwergirl-1.jpg"><img style="display:block; margin:0px auto 10px; text-align:center;cursor:pointer; cursor:hand;width: 214px; height: 320px;" src="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/_DEJXfP-hJaE/S5_4ldmjnLI/AAAAAAAAAOE/M3qgAIKPdL0/s320/Bdayflwergirl-1.jpg" border="0" alt="" id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5449347396626783410" /></a>Copic Colors:</div><div>Dress: G24, G21, G20</div><div>Socks & Flowers: E09, E07, R24</div><div>Shoes: E19, E17, E15</div><div>Hair: YR23, Y23, E35</div><div>Leaves & Grass: YG67, YG63, </div><div>Skin: E13, E11, E00, R20 </div><div>Shadow around outside is B000 with Colorless Blender</div><div><br /></div><div>Thank you for Stopping by:</div><div><br /></div><div>Kellie</div><div><div><br /></div></div></div></div></div>Kelliehttp://www.blogger.com/profile/16887468922506851915noreply@blogger.com22tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7020902894917150702.post-44181842440089426352010-03-11T15:43:00.000-08:002010-03-11T16:12:57.424-08:00News FlashHere is a gift card holder I made for the <a href="http://magnoliadownunderchallenges.blogspot.com/">Magnolia Down Under Challenge</a>. The challenge was to use 3 papers, 3 flowers, 2 buttons, and 1 bow. I also will be entering it in the <a href="http://stampsruschallenge.blogspot.com/">StampsRus</a> Challenge. It calls for distressing. Some other exciting news is I will be taking the Copic Certification Class on March 28th. I am so EXCITED. <a onblur="try {parent.deselectBloggerImageGracefully();} catch(e) {}" href="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/_DEJXfP-hJaE/S5mArSNEIfI/AAAAAAAAANs/s2HOMZqagGE/s1600-h/Giftcardholder-1.jpg"><br /><img style="display:block; margin:0px auto 10px; text-align:center;cursor:pointer; cursor:hand;width: 214px; height: 320px;" src="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/_DEJXfP-hJaE/S5mArSNEIfI/AAAAAAAAANs/s2HOMZqagGE/s320/Giftcardholder-1.jpg" border="0" alt="" id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5447526705390690802" /></a>If you slide it open you can place a gift card inside. Then when they remove the card it says Happy Birthday. Here it is opened up.<br /><a onblur="try {parent.deselectBloggerImageGracefully();} catch(e) {}" href="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/_DEJXfP-hJaE/S5mA6WAskoI/AAAAAAAAAN0/Q9h3yTjCyrQ/s1600-h/Giftcardholder.jpg"><img style="display:block; margin:0px auto 10px; text-align:center;cursor:pointer; cursor:hand;width: 214px; height: 320px;" src="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/_DEJXfP-hJaE/S5mA6WAskoI/AAAAAAAAAN0/Q9h3yTjCyrQ/s320/Giftcardholder.jpg" border="0" alt="" id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5447526964110594690" /></a>I have used papers from My Mind's Eye. I distressed all the edges and then sewed them on. I used my nestie to cut out the Happy Birthday layers on the inside and I cut out New Flash on my Cricut. I colored Tilda with Copics and attached her with some foam squares. I added two buttons, 3 flowers and 1 bow to qualify for the challenge. I was so excited to read my name that I yelled out <span class="blsp-spelling-corrected" id="SPELLING_ERROR_0">Yippee</span> and of course everyone else in the house thought I was nuts. When asked what I won, I told them I get to put a badge on my blog that says I won. They didn't get the excitement in that. Men. <div><br /></div><div>For today I have made and explosion box for the <a href="http://justmagnolia.blogspot.com/">Just Magnolia Challenge</a>. The Challenge this week is Birthday. It took me awhile to get all the images colored and of course while I was coloring this weekend, the guys in my house had to tease me about not growing up yet because I still like to play with markers. </div><br /><a onblur="try {parent.deselectBloggerImageGracefully();} catch(e) {}" href="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/_DEJXfP-hJaE/S41O4MQtzYI/AAAAAAAAANM/IF_N2FQf1rE/s1600-h/Explosionbox-1.jpg"><img style="display:block; margin:0px auto 10px; text-align:center;cursor:pointer; cursor:hand;width: 320px; height: 274px;" src="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/_DEJXfP-hJaE/S41O4MQtzYI/AAAAAAAAANM/IF_N2FQf1rE/s320/Explosionbox-1.jpg" border="0" alt="" id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5444094251831774594" /></a>I have used papers from <span class="blsp-spelling-error" id="SPELLING_ERROR_1">BasicGrey's</span> Eskimo Kisses Line and <span class="blsp-spelling-error" id="SPELLING_ERROR_2">cardstock</span> from <span class="blsp-spelling-error" id="SPELLING_ERROR_3">Bazzill</span>. For the stamps I used Unwrapped Tilda, Chef Tilda, and Sweet Tilda along with some of the Butterflies all from Magnolia. I used all the same color markers for all the images and they are listed below. I also used a stamp for the inside bottom by Great Impression that is about missing your birthday. Oops. I have inked all edges and layered all images with my <span class="blsp-spelling-error" id="SPELLING_ERROR_4">nesties</span>. I used my <span class="blsp-spelling-error" id="SPELLING_ERROR_5">Cricut</span> to cutout Happy Birthday twice, once on the top and again inside.<br /><br /><a onblur="try {parent.deselectBloggerImageGracefully();} catch(e) {}" href="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/_DEJXfP-hJaE/S41SA78EOjI/AAAAAAAAANU/nAObfhTuHKA/s1600-h/Explosionbox-2.jpg"><img style="display:block; margin:0px auto 10px; text-align:center;cursor:pointer; cursor:hand;width: 320px; height: 213px;" src="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/_DEJXfP-hJaE/S41SA78EOjI/AAAAAAAAANU/nAObfhTuHKA/s320/Explosionbox-2.jpg" border="0" alt="" id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5444097700603902514" /></a>I have layered some <span class="blsp-spelling-error" id="SPELLING_ERROR_6">Prima</span> Flowers on the top and side of the lid. I also used a little lace around the top edge of the lid. Since it was a late birthday, I had to fill it with chocolate kisses.<br /><br /><a onblur="try {parent.deselectBloggerImageGracefully();} catch(e) {}" href="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/_DEJXfP-hJaE/S41SRBd9XiI/AAAAAAAAANc/E1KCit8llIw/s1600-h/Explosionbox-3.jpg"><img style="display:block; margin:0px auto 10px; text-align:center;cursor:pointer; cursor:hand;width: 320px; height: 213px;" src="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/_DEJXfP-hJaE/S41SRBd9XiI/AAAAAAAAANc/E1KCit8llIw/s320/Explosionbox-3.jpg" border="0" alt="" id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5444097976966143522" /></a>Here is a list of the <span class="blsp-spelling-error" id="SPELLING_ERROR_7">Copic</span> colors that I used. It was very refreshing to just sit down and color. I have made this card for both the <a href="http://justmagnolia.blogspot.com/">Just Magnolia</a> and the <a href="http://www.kelliewinnell.com.au/magnolia/">Magnolia Down Under</a> Challenges. You can check them out by clicking on them in my side bar.<br /><br /><a onblur="try {parent.deselectBloggerImageGracefully();} catch(e) {}" href="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/_DEJXfP-hJaE/S4Mrp8fE4yI/AAAAAAAAAMY/AGColE-RsyI/s1600-h/Brickwall.jpg"><img style="display:block; margin:0px auto 10px; text-align:center;cursor:pointer; cursor:hand;width: 320px; height: 320px;" src="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/_DEJXfP-hJaE/S4Mrp8fE4yI/AAAAAAAAAMY/AGColE-RsyI/s320/Brickwall.jpg" border="0" alt="" id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5441240774404793122" /></a>I love the easel cards. There so much fun to decorate. Of course I colored everything with my Copics and the numbers are listed below. All papers are by Imaginisce Lucy Bird Collection. I inked all edges with Distress Ink and then sewed everything down. I used the border punch and the butterfly punch both by Martha and added some little rhinestones to the center of each flower. I put some Flower Soft on the bumble bee. You probably can't really tell in the photo. I then took a cream flower by Prima and used my Copic air gun to color the flower. I sat Tilda on the brick wall and layered it with some squares cut with the nesties. I then tied off a pink ribbon to hold the card up into the easel position. <div><br /></div><div>Here is a list of the Copics:</div><div>Skin: E0000, E000, E00, E11, and R20 for cheeks.</div><div>Hair: E53, E55, E57, E59</div><div>Wall: C1, C3, C5, C7, C9</div><div>Shirt: Y13, Y15, Y17, Y19, R81, R85</div><div>Pants: G94, G97</div><div>Grass: G63, G67</div><div>Socks: YG17, YG 19</div><div><br /></div><div>Thank you for being patient with me.</div><div><br /></div><div>Kellie</div><div><br /></div>Kelliehttp://www.blogger.com/profile/16887468922506851915noreply@blogger.com21tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7020902894917150702.post-30477040897629226392010-02-08T13:34:00.000-08:002010-02-08T14:04:29.466-08:00Sweet Friends Award<div style="text-align: center;"><span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-family: Times, serif; font-size: medium; "><img src="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/_ehnUSPdf-Ag/S220JIyEDSI/AAAAAAAAAhg/Bmav5RkpykE/s1600/Sweet%2Baward.jpg" alt="[Sweet+award.jpg]" border="0" /></span></div><div><span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-family:Times, serif;"><span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-size: medium;">I received this award from both <a href="http://www.felinecreative.blogspot.com">Karen</a> and <a href="http://www.sendajoyfulcard.blogspot.com">Laura</a>. I used my Cricut for the first time in a long time. I used the Calendar cartridge for all the numbers and to cut out Valentines Day. It's kinda hard to tell but the bottom say "I then a heart Magnolia." I colored all the Magnolia images on the top with my Copics cut them out and then added them to the Topper. February is also from the Calendar cartridge. Everything is magnetic so that it can all be changed each month easily. I added the flowers ribbon and rhinestones from my stash.<div><br /></div><div>Thanks for stopping by:</div><div><br /></div><div>Kellie<br /><div><br /></div><div><br /></div></div>Kelliehttp://www.blogger.com/profile/16887468922506851915noreply@blogger.com24tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7020902894917150702.post-64110098776960655172010-01-28T05:23:00.000-08:002010-01-28T05:23:00.084-08:00Your Peachy<a onblur="try {parent.deselectBloggerImageGracefully();} catch(e) {}" href="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/_DEJXfP-hJaE/S1Jm51k5QVI/AAAAAAAAAJ4/OZy9PHRHhFo/s1600-h/YourPeachy-1.jpg"><img style="display:block; margin:0px auto 10px; text-align:center;cursor:pointer; cursor:hand;width: 320px; height: 320px;" src="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/_DEJXfP-hJaE/S1Jm51k5QVI/AAAAAAAAAJ4/OZy9PHRHhFo/s320/YourPeachy-1.jpg" border="0" alt="" id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5427513644755272018" /></a>This is probably one of my favorite cards I have made so far. I have used Peachy Tilda and colored her with my Copics. I did not keep track of the colors on this one either. Sorry. <div><br /></div><div>For the card I used Bazzill for the base and all printed paper is by Magnolia. I used my Nesties for the four squares in the background and also for the rectangle for Tilda. I then added some flowers and rhinestones in the upper corner, tied a ribbon around it with a bow. I then computer printed Just Peachy on Bazzill cardstock and punched with a SU punch and stuck it to the inside of an oval tag by Making Memories and tied it around the middle of the bow. </div><div><br /></div><div>Thats all for now. </div><div><br /></div><div>Thanks for stopping by:</div><div><br /></div><div>Kellie</div>Kelliehttp://www.blogger.com/profile/16887468922506851915noreply@blogger.com23tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7020902894917150702.post-65351710993149892232010-01-25T05:13:00.000-08:002010-01-25T05:13:00.214-08:00Valentines Day<a onblur="try {parent.deselectBloggerImageGracefully();} catch(e) {}" href="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/_DEJXfP-hJaE/S1JkdzD0rXI/AAAAAAAAAJw/9QFj64q0N64/s1600-h/Valentines-1.jpg"><img style="display:block; margin:0px auto 10px; text-align:center;cursor:pointer; cursor:hand;width: 320px; height: 320px;" src="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/_DEJXfP-hJaE/S1JkdzD0rXI/AAAAAAAAAJw/9QFj64q0N64/s320/Valentines-1.jpg" border="0" alt="" id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5427510964020096370" /></a>Here is a Valentines Day Card I made using Cherry Tilda. I colored her with my Copics awhile back and did not keep track of which ones I used. The card base is by Bazzill and the printed paper is some old paper I found stashed away. All ribbon, buttons and pearls are from my stash. The heart tag is by Making Memories. I also used my Nesties for the ovals. Hope you enjoy. <div><br /></div><div>Thanks for stopping by</div><div><br /></div><div>Kellie</div>Kelliehttp://www.blogger.com/profile/16887468922506851915noreply@blogger.com20tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7020902894917150702.post-78542137601071172792010-01-22T04:40:00.000-08:002010-01-22T04:40:00.082-08:00Edwin with Ouch!<a onblur="try {parent.deselectBloggerImageGracefully();} catch(e) {}" href="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/_DEJXfP-hJaE/S1OueJ4AXUI/AAAAAAAAALk/lMXBxSzhmQ8/s1600-h/BandaidEdwin.jpg"><img style="display:block; margin:0px auto 10px; text-align:center;cursor:pointer; cursor:hand;width: 320px; height: 320px;" src="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/_DEJXfP-hJaE/S1OueJ4AXUI/AAAAAAAAALk/lMXBxSzhmQ8/s320/BandaidEdwin.jpg" border="0" alt="" id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5427873808981712194" /></a>I had a really hard time finding a layout that I was happy with here. I finally settled for this one. I used printed paper from Basic Grey and <span class="blsp-spelling-error" id="SPELLING_ERROR_0">cardstock</span> from <span class="blsp-spelling-error" id="SPELLING_ERROR_1">Bazzill</span>. Edwin is colored using <span class="blsp-spelling-error" id="SPELLING_ERROR_2">Copics</span> and cutout and set in squares cut from <span class="blsp-spelling-error" id="SPELLING_ERROR_3">Nesties</span>. I then inked all edges with Black Soot Distress Ink by Ranger and then sewed everything down. I cut the photo corners with a punch from <span class="blsp-spelling-error" id="SPELLING_ERROR_4">EK</span> Success and layered some flowers with rhinestones on opposite corners and called it good. <div><br /></div><div>Here is a list of Copics I used:</div><div>Skin: Eoooo, Eooo, Eoo, E11, R20 on cheeks.</div><div>Band Aid: E51, E53, E55</div><div>Shirt: E18, E47, E49, YR07, YR09, YR18, C1</div><div>Shorts: B05, B06</div><div>Hair & Shoes: E25, E47, E74, </div><div>Wings: B000 with some Stickles added</div><div><br /></div><div>Thank You for checking it out.</div><div><br /></div><div>Kellie<br /><div><br /></div><div><br /></div></div>Kelliehttp://www.blogger.com/profile/16887468922506851915noreply@blogger.com24tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7020902894917150702.post-43114944727821171462010-01-19T04:18:00.000-08:002010-01-19T04:18:00.352-08:00Dream Big<a onblur="try {parent.deselectBloggerImageGracefully();} catch(e) {}" href="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/_DEJXfP-hJaE/S1Opcszf-gI/AAAAAAAAALU/hN9PqIsbwrY/s1600-h/GuitarEdwin.jpg"><img style="display:block; margin:0px auto 10px; text-align:center;cursor:pointer; cursor:hand;width: 320px; height: 320px;" src="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/_DEJXfP-hJaE/S1Opcszf-gI/AAAAAAAAALU/hN9PqIsbwrY/s320/GuitarEdwin.jpg" border="0" alt="" id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5427868286440176130" /></a>This card was originally supposed to be for the Just Magnolia Challenge. We were to use pleats. I just did not get this finished in time. I have pleated paper by K & Co and then cut and stitched it around the edge of my card. All solid cardstock is by Bazzill. I colored Edwin with his guitar with my Copics and then layered him in ovals cut with my Nesties. I then added buttons on all four corners with a bit of twine tied into little bows. That was pretty much all I did. Not sure why I did not get it done in time for the challenge. Oh well.<br /><br /><a onblur="try {parent.deselectBloggerImageGracefully();} catch(e) {}" href="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/_DEJXfP-hJaE/S1OpdISoLZI/AAAAAAAAALc/_U7tvxjBGQE/s1600-h/GuitarEdwin-1.jpg"><img style="display:block; margin:0px auto 10px; text-align:center;cursor:pointer; cursor:hand;width: 192px; height: 320px;" src="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/_DEJXfP-hJaE/S1OpdISoLZI/AAAAAAAAALc/_U7tvxjBGQE/s320/GuitarEdwin-1.jpg" border="0" alt="" id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5427868293818494354" /></a>Here is a list of the Copics I used:<div>Skin: E0000, E000, E00, E11, and R20 for cheeks.</div><div>Pants: B13, B18, B21, B39</div><div>Shirt: G21, G85, G94</div><div>Hair, Guitar, Boots and Bench: E49, E57, E74, E79, E99</div><div><br /></div><div>Thanks for stopping by:</div><div><br /></div>Kelliehttp://www.blogger.com/profile/16887468922506851915noreply@blogger.com26tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7020902894917150702.post-89049883521451332452010-01-17T14:50:00.000-08:002010-01-17T15:03:52.430-08:00Blog Candy<a onblur="try {parent.deselectBloggerImageGracefully();} catch(e) {}" href="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/_DEJXfP-hJaE/S1OUmCj2qzI/AAAAAAAAAKk/2P3GrvKDaoA/s1600-h/BlogCandy.jpg"><img style="display:block; margin:0px auto 10px; text-align:center;cursor:pointer; cursor:hand;width: 320px; height: 214px;" src="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/_DEJXfP-hJaE/S1OUmCj2qzI/AAAAAAAAAKk/2P3GrvKDaoA/s320/BlogCandy.jpg" border="0" alt="" id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5427845357154773810" /></a><div>I'm kicking off a new blog where I can post all my non Magnolia cards and crafts. She is the one that gave me this image for Christmas. For the card I used Bazzill cardstock and printed cardstock from K & Co from a few years past. I cut the squares with my Nesties and layered them. I then colored this little cutie called Dreamy Tilda with my Copics. I inked all the edges with Old Paper distress ink by Ranger and doodled some lines on the edges. <div> </div><br /><a onblur="try {parent.deselectBloggerImageGracefully();} catch(e) {}" href="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/_DEJXfP-hJaE/S00BI0LRabI/AAAAAAAAAJg/kO3jDuCCzUg/s1600-h/LoungingTilda-2.jpg"><img style="display:block; margin:0px auto 10px; text-align:center;cursor:pointer; cursor:hand;width: 320px; height: 320px;" src="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/_DEJXfP-hJaE/S00BI0LRabI/AAAAAAAAAJg/kO3jDuCCzUg/s320/LoungingTilda-2.jpg" border="0" alt="" id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5425994377007819186" /></a>Here is a list of the Copics that I have used.<div><br /></div><div>Skin: E0000, E000, E00, E11</div><div>Cheeks: R20</div><div>Hair: E51, E53, E55, E57, E59</div><div>Clothes: G21, G24, YG11 and R11, R21, RV11.</div><div><br /></div><div>Thank you everybody who has commented on by blog. We will be cruising through the Panama Canal. Can't wait. I also used the Glitterbee's Challenge for the design. <div><br /></div><div>I colored this Traveling Edwin sitting on his suitcases with the Ranger Distress Inks on watercolor paper. I really like how it turned out. I might have to start using them a little more. The entire card is made with Bazzill cardstock and the Travel stamp is from Technique Tuesday. I corner punched the yellow and added some rhinestones and a button, both of which are from my overflowing stash. I used my nesties for the circles. I think thats it. </div><div><br /></div><div>Thanks for stopping by.</div><div>Kellie</div>Kelliehttp://www.blogger.com/profile/16887468922506851915noreply@blogger.com25tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7020902894917150702.post-64740685746524463252010-01-04T15:07:00.001-08:002010-01-04T15:23:20.299-08:00Baby Card<a onblur="try {parent.deselectBloggerImageGracefully();} catch(e) {}" href="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/_DEJXfP-hJaE/S0J1KkiGPlI/AAAAAAAAAI4/L476XPZ8svk/s1600-h/BabyTilda.jpg"><img style="display:block; margin:0px auto 10px; text-align:center;cursor:pointer; cursor:hand;width: 320px; height: 320px;" src="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/_DEJXfP-hJaE/S0J1KkiGPlI/AAAAAAAAAI4/L476XPZ8svk/s320/BabyTilda.jpg" border="0" alt="" id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5423025725773332050" /></a>Okay, I'm back from my little New Year's vacation. <div><br /></div><div>I made this card about a week ago while I was scrapping with my sister. Although, I did not get the Copic numbers written down before I cleaned up my mess. </div><div><br /></div><div>The paper is from Basic Grey called Oh Baby and the base is Bazzill. I colored my new little Baby Tilda with my Copics and set her inside of some layered circles from my Nesties collection. I used some pink rhinestones on her pjs for the buttons. I also used some glitter on her wings and added some ribbon and a button slide. The tabs on the side were cut with my tab punch by McGill. I added a sentiment on the inside that reads "Sharring in the happiness of your wonderful news!"</div><div><br /> <a onblur="try {parent.deselectBloggerImageGracefully();} catch(e) {}" href="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/_DEJXfP-hJaE/S0J3qtJHG1I/AAAAAAAAAJA/FpDWH_8Ea4k/s1600-h/BabyTilda-1.jpg"><img style="float:right; margin:0 0 10px 10px;cursor:pointer; cursor:hand;width: 256px; height: 320px;" src="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/_DEJXfP-hJaE/S0J3qtJHG1I/AAAAAAAAAJA/FpDWH_8Ea4k/s320/BabyTilda-1.jpg" border="0" alt="" id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5423028476863519570" /></a><br /></div><div>Sorry about not being able to tell you what Copics I used but I would be just guessing at this point. I am also part of the <span class="blsp-spelling-error" id="SPELLING_ERROR_1">Glitterbees</span> and Stamps R Us groups. We should all have a lot of fun in 2010. </div><div><br /></div><div>I am supposed to introduce myself and tell you a little bit about me. I am Kellie and I live in Eastern Oregon. I have been married to Vince for 26 years. I have 3 children and they are Jessica who is 23, Tiffany 21, and a son, Dustin, who is 16 and driving, yikes. They are all super. </div><div><br /></div><div>We farm here in Oregon which has allowed me the opportunity to be a stay at home mom since my 3 child was born. Although, I do get put into a truck, tractor or combine on <span class="blsp-spelling-corrected" id="SPELLING_ERROR_2">occasion</span>. In 1999 I opened my very own retail scrapbook store. I then sold it 4 years later. I just got started in cardmaking about a year ago. Now, that seems to be my passion, I actually get a project completed. </div><div><br /></div><div>Enough about me. Looking forward to meeting all my new sisters.</div><div><br /></div><div>Kellie </div>Kelliehttp://www.blogger.com/profile/16887468922506851915noreply@blogger.com7tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7020902894917150702.post-40547854959884344062009-12-29T09:36:00.000-08:002009-12-29T15:29:04.497-08:00SHOPAHOLIC<a onblur="try {parent.deselectBloggerImageGracefully();} catch(e) {}" href="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/_DEJXfP-hJaE/Szo-3VNUFXI/AAAAAAAAAIw/gUP50lBMemA/s1600-h/Shoppergirl.jpg"><img id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5420714221800527218" style="DISPLAY: block; MARGIN: 0px auto 10px; WIDTH: 320px; CURSOR: hand; HEIGHT: 320px; TEXT-ALIGN: center" alt="" src="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/_DEJXfP-hJaE/Szo-3VNUFXI/AAAAAAAAAIw/gUP50lBMemA/s320/Shoppergirl.jpg" border="0" /></a>Hope everybody had a Merry Christmas and is looking forward to the New year. <div><br /></div><div>I received the winter stamp kit from Magnolia just before Christmas and was unable to play with them. In the kit was this little lady. Not sure what they call her but she looked like she was missing something in her hand. So, I had to add a shopping bag that is supposed to resemble Victoria's Secret with tissue coming out the top and is attached with foam squares for a little <span class="blsp-spelling-corrected" id="SPELLING_ERROR_0">dimension</span>. I added some shimmer to her wings but you can't tell from the photo. I colored her with Copic marker cut her out and attached her to circles cut with my Nesties. I then added the flower from my stash and the pearls are from SU. </div><div><br /></div><div>Copics I used:</div><div><span class="Apple-tab-span" style="WHITE-SPACE: pre"></span>Face: E0000, E000, E00, E11</div><div><span class="Apple-tab-span" style="WHITE-SPACE: pre"></span>Cheeks: R20</div><div><span class="Apple-tab-span" style="WHITE-SPACE: pre"></span>Wings: G20</div><div><span class="Apple-tab-span" style="WHITE-SPACE: pre"></span>Dress: R21, R32, R83</div><div><span class="Apple-tab-span" style="WHITE-SPACE: pre"></span>Shoes/Hair: C1, C3, C5, C7</div><div><span class="Apple-tab-span" style="WHITE-SPACE: pre"></span>Rose: R29, R46</div><div><br /></div><div>Thank you so much for stopping by.</div><div><br /></div><div>Kellie</div>Kelliehttp://www.blogger.com/profile/16887468922506851915noreply@blogger.com22tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7020902894917150702.post-25888977597462232412009-12-20T14:38:00.000-08:002009-12-20T15:06:31.733-08:00Hang in There<a onblur="try {parent.deselectBloggerImageGracefully();} catch(e) {}" href="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/_DEJXfP-hJaE/Sy6n0Bo5wFI/AAAAAAAAAHg/BCKoyvv7Li0/s1600-h/HangingTilda.jpg"><img style="display:block; margin:0px auto 10px; text-align:center;cursor:pointer; cursor:hand;width: 320px; height: 320px;" src="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/_DEJXfP-hJaE/Sy6n0Bo5wFI/AAAAAAAAAHg/BCKoyvv7Li0/s320/HangingTilda.jpg" border="0" alt="" id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5417451914008313938" /></a>Wow, what a busy time of year. I know I am. Cleaning house, doing laundry, wrapping presents, checking the list to make sure you didn't forget anybody, and then checking it again just in case. I received a little present in the mail yesterday from Magnolia. It was my very first stamp kit. Inside was this adorable hanging Tilda. Of course there were many others but I decided to use this one first. I had some paper from Creative Imaginations that I have been dying to use. This paper is so cute and could be used for some really cute Mickey pages as well. <div><br /></div><div>This card was made for the <a href="http://justmagnolia.blogspot.com">Just Magnolia Challenge</a>. I distressed all the edges and then did some paper piercing and inking of the edges. Of course I colored Tilda with my <span class="blsp-spelling-error" id="SPELLING_ERROR_0">Copics</span> and added the buttons, bows, flowers, and ribbon to match the sketch. </div><div> </div><div><span class="blsp-spelling-error" id="SPELLING_ERROR_1">Copics</span> used: </div><div>Skin: E0000, E000, E00, E11</div><div>Cheeks: R20</div><div>Hair/Pants: C1, C3, C5, C7</div><div>Shirt/Socks: R27, R29, R46, Y11, Y13, Y15, Y17</div><div>Colorless Blender</div><div><br /></div><div>Thanks for stopping by at such a busy time of year. </div><div><br /></div><div>Kellie</div><div><br /></div><div><br /></div>Kelliehttp://www.blogger.com/profile/16887468922506851915noreply@blogger.com18tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7020902894917150702.post-74273579026280449532009-12-15T15:15:00.001-08:002009-12-15T15:34:51.747-08:00Just Magnolia Challenge<a onblur="try {parent.deselectBloggerImageGracefully();} catch(e) {}" href="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/_DEJXfP-hJaE/SygY34URllI/AAAAAAAAAHI/RaO4jaJsgMM/s1600-h/HaloTilda-2.jpg"><img style="display:block; margin:0px auto 10px; text-align:center;cursor:pointer; cursor:hand;width: 320px; height: 270px;" src="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/_DEJXfP-hJaE/SygY34URllI/AAAAAAAAAHI/RaO4jaJsgMM/s320/HaloTilda-2.jpg" border="0" alt="" id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5415605900202317394" /></a>Finally, I got one done. I made this card for the Just Magnolia Challenge. They put up a new challenge each Friday. This is my very first time entering. The challenge was to make a card, anything Christmassy.<div><br /></div><div>I decided to use Tilda with a Glitter Halo. She is sitting inside the oval cut with a nestie which is inside the square scalloped nestie. The card base is cardstock by Bazzill. All other paper is from Magnolia's Christmas line. I colored Tilda with Copics and then used some antique linen Stickles on the wings and halo. The center strip is a stamp from Hampton Art with Twas the Night Before Christmas saying. I inked all the edges with Old Paper Distress Ink. I added a bow, flowers, brads, and some rhinestones to bling it up a little. Oh, I also gold embossed some of the edges. I then made and envelope out of Magnolia paper. I had to use two different sheets to get it big enough to fit a 6 X 6 card. </div><div><br /></div><div><br /><a onblur="try {parent.deselectBloggerImageGracefully();} catch(e) {}" href="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/_DEJXfP-hJaE/Sygctj1IOXI/AAAAAAAAAHQ/cfmiCNCsBIo/s1600-h/HaloTilda-1.jpg"><img style="display:block; margin:0px auto 10px; text-align:center;cursor:pointer; cursor:hand;width: 192px; height: 320px;" src="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/_DEJXfP-hJaE/Sygctj1IOXI/AAAAAAAAAHQ/cfmiCNCsBIo/s320/HaloTilda-1.jpg" border="0" alt="" id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5415610120950790514" /></a></div><div>Here is a list of the copics I used:</div><div>Skin: E0000, 000, 11, & R20 on cheeks.</div><div>Hair: E51, 55, 57, 59.</div><div>Dress and socks: R27, 39, 46</div><div>Shirt and socks: G85, BG96, 99.</div><div>Colorless Blender.</div><div><br /></div><div>Thanks for stopping by.</div><div><br /></div><div>Kellie</div>Kelliehttp://www.blogger.com/profile/16887468922506851915noreply@blogger.com16tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7020902894917150702.post-26468271565680622342009-12-11T14:46:00.000-08:002009-12-11T15:06:52.416-08:00Oops Your 50<a onblur="try {parent.deselectBloggerImageGracefully();} catch(e) {}" href="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/_DEJXfP-hJaE/SyLMPo7Ua-I/AAAAAAAAAGw/sRdZjyMt_6o/s1600-h/Oops50-1jpg"><img style="display:block; margin:0px auto 10px; text-align:center;cursor:pointer; cursor:hand;width: 320px; height: 320px;" src="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/_DEJXfP-hJaE/SyLMPo7Ua-I/AAAAAAAAAGw/sRdZjyMt_6o/s320/Oops50-1jpg" border="0" alt="" id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5414114271109082082" /></a>I made this easel card for my sister's 50<span class="blsp-spelling-error" id="SPELLING_ERROR_0">th</span> Birthday. Happy Birthday Sis! I had a hard time figuring out how to use the oops since I did not forget her birthday, then it came to me, dang, she's 50 years old. Sure glad she is older. Ha. Hope she enjoys it. <div><br /></div><div>For this card I used Oops Tilda and the stove both from Magnolia. The Happy Birthday and the oops were both computer generated. The printed paper is Basic Grey's Nook & Pantry Line. I inked the edges with Tim <span class="blsp-spelling-error" id="SPELLING_ERROR_1">Holtz</span> ink and colored the images with <span class="blsp-spelling-error" id="SPELLING_ERROR_2">Copics</span>. For the flower I found an old punch by <span class="blsp-spelling-error" id="SPELLING_ERROR_3">Emaginations</span> that cuts different sizes of petals and then I layered them together. The border punch has no name on it and I can't remember who it was but it is a new one. I tied ribbon around it to hold it in the easel position.</div><br /><a onblur="try {parent.deselectBloggerImageGracefully();} catch(e) {}" href="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/_DEJXfP-hJaE/SyLPQnrxVJI/AAAAAAAAAG4/-rWVRSX71Aw/s1600-h/Oops50Copics.jpg"><img style="display:block; margin:0px auto 10px; text-align:center;cursor:pointer; cursor:hand;width: 320px; height: 160px;" src="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/_DEJXfP-hJaE/SyLPQnrxVJI/AAAAAAAAAG4/-rWVRSX71Aw/s320/Oops50Copics.jpg" border="0" alt="" id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5414117586490184850" /></a>Here is a photo of the <span class="blsp-spelling-error" id="SPELLING_ERROR_4">copics</span> that I used. Hopefully, this time I did not leave any out and I was asked about the reds in the last one, but since I added new reds to my collection while I was Christmas shopping. Oops. I 'm not sure which ones they were. <div><br /></div><div>Tammy, your card will be postal on Monday. Happy Birthday. </div><div><br /></div><div>Thanks for stopping by.</div><div><br /></div><div>Kellie</div>Kelliehttp://www.blogger.com/profile/16887468922506851915noreply@blogger.com14tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7020902894917150702.post-67891043476016090642009-12-08T07:00:00.000-08:002010-01-16T17:48:54.693-08:00<a onblur="try {parent.deselectBloggerImageGracefully();} catch(e) {}" href="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/_DEJXfP-hJaE/SyLR7S8uXmI/AAAAAAAAAHA/TONuTxDT2sY/s1600-h/SkatingTilda%26Edwin-1.jpg"><img style="display:block; margin:0px auto 10px; text-align:center;cursor:pointer; cursor:hand;width: 320px; height: 320px;" src="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/_DEJXfP-hJaE/SyLR7S8uXmI/AAAAAAAAAHA/TONuTxDT2sY/s320/SkatingTilda%26Edwin-1.jpg" border="0" alt="" id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5414120518681779810" /></a><br /><div><br /></div>Here is another Christmas Card. Sure do love the Holiday Season. All the lights and Christmas music just seems so festive. I am gone doing a little Christmas shopping hoping that St. Nick can bring all the wish list items possible. So far I'm having a little difficulty. You see my son just wants a rather large dog. Yip, a Great Dane which he would call Scooby. Yikes!<div><br /></div><div>Back to my card. I used printed paper by Imaginisce called Twinkle Toes. Bazzill cardstock. Ribbon was from SU and the flowers and buttons from stash. The stamp is called Tilda and Edwin Skating from none other than <b>Magnolia</b>. I colored them using Copics and you can see all the colors below. I used my nesties to cut them out. I also used a nestie for the Happy Holidays at the bottom. </div><div> <div><br /></div></div><br /><a onblur="try {parent.deselectBloggerImageGracefully();} catch(e) {}" href="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/_DEJXfP-hJaE/SxxjmC-7AjI/AAAAAAAAAGg/QxGTLYXPeDI/s1600-h/SkatingTilda%26Edwin-2.jpg"><img style="float:left; margin:0 10px 10px 0;cursor:pointer; cursor:hand;width: 300px; height: 400px;" src="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/_DEJXfP-hJaE/SxxjmC-7AjI/AAAAAAAAAGg/QxGTLYXPeDI/s400/SkatingTilda%26Edwin-2.jpg" border="0" alt="" id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5412310357479457330" /></a><a onblur="try {parent.deselectBloggerImageGracefully();} catch(e) {}" href="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/_DEJXfP-hJaE/SxxfgH3qFsI/AAAAAAAAAGY/gc8qxEcxTkM/s1600-h/SkatingTilda%26Edwin-1.jpg"></a> <a onblur="try {parent.deselectBloggerImageGracefully();} catch(e) {}" href="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/_DEJXfP-hJaE/SxxktW5k_cI/AAAAAAAAAGo/7W3bGEjscPg/s1600-h/SkatingTilda%26EdwinCopics.jpg"><img style="float:right; margin:0 0 10px 10px;cursor:pointer; cursor:hand;width: 320px; height: 80px;" src="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/_DEJXfP-hJaE/SxxktW5k_cI/AAAAAAAAAGo/7W3bGEjscPg/s320/SkatingTilda%26EdwinCopics.jpg" border="0" alt="" id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5412311582596464066" /></a><br /><div><br /></div><div><br /></div><div><br /></div><div><br /></div><div><br /></div><div><br /></div><div><br /></div><div>Thanks for Stopping By.</div><div><br /></div><div>Kellie</div>Kelliehttp://www.blogger.com/profile/16887468922506851915noreply@blogger.com4tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7020902894917150702.post-14899213252563788032009-12-06T16:10:00.001-08:002009-12-06T16:30:02.794-08:00Color Comparisons Results<a onblur="try {parent.deselectBloggerImageGracefully();} catch(e) {}" href="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/_DEJXfP-hJaE/SxxIRi9rg5I/AAAAAAAAAGQ/8uAVKBRdOZY/s1600-h/Colorcomparisonlabeled.jpg"><img style="display:block; margin:0px auto 10px; text-align:center;cursor:pointer; cursor:hand;width: 400px; height: 141px;" src="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/_DEJXfP-hJaE/SxxIRi9rg5I/AAAAAAAAAGQ/8uAVKBRdOZY/s400/Colorcomparisonlabeled.jpg" border="0" alt="" id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5412280318472979346" /></a>I decided to put this up a little early since I am going to be gone Christmas Shopping for the next couple of days. It looks like <b>#3</b> took the most votes. Of course it is Copics. That is my personal favorite also. I used the border punch by MS and put little gems in the center of each design. I inked the edges of everything and then drug out the sewing machine and sewed around each piece. I used the Houses stamp by Magnolia and colored using my Copics. I added Liquid Applique and some glitter to the roofs to make them look a little wintery. I stamped Merry Christmas with a clear stamp that has no identity. I added a red bow and stamped a sentiment inside from the same clear stamp set with no identity.</div><div><br /></div><div>Here are my copic colors: <a onblur="try {parent.deselectBloggerImageGracefully();} catch(e) {}" href="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/_DEJXfP-hJaE/SxlNmaH_blI/AAAAAAAAAGI/cvspiYANktk/s1600-h/StampsRUsChallange-1.jpg"><img style="float:right; margin:0 0 10px 10px;cursor:pointer; cursor:hand;width: 200px; height: 50px;" src="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/_DEJXfP-hJaE/SxlNmaH_blI/AAAAAAAAAGI/cvspiYANktk/s200/StampsRUsChallange-1.jpg" border="0" alt="" id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5411441749505568338" /></a><br /><br /><br />Thanks for stopping by</div><div><br /></div><div>Kellie</div>Kelliehttp://www.blogger.com/profile/16887468922506851915noreply@blogger.com13
